Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Trevor Daley left Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Friday in the second period with an injury.

Daley was checked by Ryan Callahan into the boards behind the Pittsburgh net with 9:27 remaining and was left crawling on the ice until play was stopped 20 seconds later.

He was favoring his left leg as he was helped off the ice and to the Penguins dressing room.

Tampa Bay led 2-0 at the time. Pittsburgh leads the best-of-7 series 2-1.
