Datsyuk hasn't signed with KHL team: report

Detroit Red Wings forward Pavel Datsyuk has not signed a contract to play in the Kontinental Hockey League, his agent told Mlive.com on Friday.
"I know for a fact that Pavel has not discussed a contract while playing for the national team in Russia," agent Dan Milstein told the website. "I spoke with him to confirm this again. For a fact, we don't have a contract with anybody (in Russia) right now."

Reports from Russia said Datsyuk agreed to a two-year contract with St. Petersburg SKA.
Milstein said Datsyuk will return to Detroit after the 2016 IIHF World Championship to discuss his future with Red Wings general manager Ken Holland.
"He's coming back to the U.S. first or second week of June (between the 5th and 16th)," Milstein said. "We plan on meeting with Ken Holland, not later than the 16th because Pavel will be in town for his camp from the 17th to the 21st."

Datsyuk, 37, has one year remaining on his contract with Detroit. The forward has one goal and seven assists in eight games at the World Championship, where Russia will play a semifinal game against Finland on Saturday.
The Red Wings were eliminated from the 2016 Stanley Cup Playoffs in five games by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Eastern Conference First Round.
"I don't want to make a fast decision. I need more time," Datsyuk said April 25 when the Red Wings cleaned out their lockers. "I'll go to the world championships, play there, and of course during the world championships, I'll be thinking about it more."
Datsyuk was a sixth-round pick (No. 171) by Detroit in the 1998 NHL Draft and has played 14 seasons in the NHL. He has 314 goals and 918 points in 953 games.
He had 16 goals and 49 points in 66 games this season and was scoreless in the five playoff games. A two-time Stanley Cup champion, Datsyuk has won the Lady Byng Trophy four times and the Selke Trophy three times.
