Stars Patrick Sharp

Dallas Stars forward Patrick Sharp remains sidelined with a lower-body injury and will not play against the Los Angeles Kings at American Airlines Center on Tuesday (8:30 p.m. ET; FS-W, FS-SW, NHL.TV).

Stars coach Lindy Ruff hoped Sharp would return after he practiced Monday for the first time since he was injured in the second period at the Nashville Predators on March 1. Sharp participated in the morning skate Tuesday but will miss his sixth straight game.
Sharp has 17 goals and 47 points in 65 games in his first season with the Stars.
Defensemen John Klingberg (lower body) and Jordie Benn (lower body) also skated but neither will play against the Kings. Goalie Kari Lehtonen is expected to start for the Stars.
