KITCHENER, Ont. - Brett Parnham had two goals and one assist as the Oshawa Generals jumped out to a 4-0 lead and hung on to beat the Kitchener Rangers 5-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday night.
Kory Nagy also scored twice for the Generals (8-10-0-1). Jeff Brown added a goal and an assist, while Calvin de Haan had three assists. Scott Timmins, Shane Prince and Michael Catenacci replied for Kitchener (7-8-1-1).
Neil Conway made 39 saves for Oshawa, while Rangers netminding duty was split between Josh Unice and Parker Van Buskirk, who combined to stop 24 shots.
