Otters score four unanswered to down the Kitchener Rangers 4-1

ERIE, Pa. - The Erie Otters erased an early deficit with four unanswered goals to defeat the Kitchener Rangers 4-1 Saturday night in the Ontario Hockey League.

Brandon Biggers, Michael Cazzola, Josh Sidwell and Justin Hodgman scored for Erie (33-29-3-2), which will finish seventh in the Western Conference and face the London Knights in the first round of the playoffs.

Mickey Sartoretto's first-period goal was the only offence for the defending OHL champion Rangers (26-37-3-2), who failed to make the playoffs.
