Winnipeg trailed 3-1 before getting goals from Dustin Byfuglien (19:49, second period) and Bryan Little (8:33, third period).
Nic Petan scored in the first period for Winnipeg. Connor Hellebuyck made 15 saves. Byfuglien, Little and Petan scored on the power play.
Little scored into an empty net with five seconds left in the third period. Bobby Ryan, Alex Formenton and Kyle Turris scored for Ottawa. Mike Condon made 29 saves.
After Petan's power-play goal tied the game 1-1 at 19:48 of the first period, Formenton gave the Senators a 2-1 lead at 7:26 of the second. Turris made it 3-1 at 16:30.
