They said it

"We're going to miss Mark, because he's been playing really well. He's back in Ottawa right now getting an MRI, but we're hoping it isn't anything serious. Craig is on the ice now, and he's still day to day. He'll be back in as soon as his vision is 100 percent again." -- Senators coach Guy Boucher on injuries to defenseman Mark Borowiecki, out with a lower-body injury, and goalie Craig Anderson, sidelined with an eye injury

"Growing up in a small town, I never expected this. I always dreamt of playing in the NHL, but I didn't know it was going to become a reality. To play in my 500th game with this organization and the guys in this room is really special." -- Red Wings goalie Jimmy Howard
