Ottawa 67's overcomes Kingston Frontenacs 5-4 for fifth-straight win @NHLdotcom

KINGSTON, Ont. - Dalton Smith scored the game winner as the Ottawa 67's overcame the Kingston Frontenacs 5-4 in AHL action Tuesday.

Thomas Nesbitt, Anthony Nigro, Cody Lindsay and Logan Couture each scored for Ottawa, which won their fifth straight game and improved to 20-14-0-2.

George Lovatsis, Bobby Mignardi, Taylor Doherty and Ethan Werek scored for the sliding Frontenacs (7-25-4-2) who lost their sixth in a row.

Ottawa goalie Adam Courchaine stopped 19 shots for the win after Chris Perugini was pulled for letting in four goals on 14 shots.

Kingston goalie Mavric Parks made 28 saves in the loss.
