Oshawa gets goals from seven different players as they beat the IceDogs 7-2 @NHLdotcom

OSHAWA, Ont. - The Oshawa Generals got goals from seven different players as they defeated the visiting Niagara Ice Dogs 7-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday night.

John Tavares, Brett MacLean, Dean Howard, Patrick Asselin, Justin Shugg, Jeff Hayes and Brett Parnham each scored once to lead the Generals, while Luca Caputi and Jason Bergeron replied for Niagara.

Parnham, Shugg and Matt Seegmiller each had two assists in a winning effort for the Generals as well.

Jakub Kovar picked up the victory for Oshawa, making 23 saves, while at the other end Andrew Loverock blocked 28 shots.

The Generals improve to 14-7-0-2 with the win, while Niagara drops to 12-11-0-1 with the loss.
