Oil Kings win fourth straight, top Blazers 5-1 @NHLdotcom

EDMONTON - The Edmonton Oil Kings extended their win streak to four games with a 5-1 victory over the Kamloops Blazers in Western Hockey League action Wednesday night.

Mike Piluso, Garry Nunn, T.J. Foster, Klarc Wilson and Sebastian Svendsen scored for Edmonton (16-36-12) in the third and final meeting of the season between the two clubs. Kamloops took the first two games by a combined score of 11-5.

Jordan DePape scored for Kamloops (28-31-6), which suffered its sixth loss in eight games.

Cam Lanigan stopped 19 shots for the Oil Kings, while Kurtis Mucha turned aside 30 for Kamloops. The Oil Kings were 1-for-3 with the man advantage. The Blazers went 0-for-3 on the power play.

Michael St. Croix's assist on Wilson's goal extended his point streak to five games.
