EDMONTON - T.J. Foster broke a 1-1 second period tie with a power-play goal to lift the Edmonton Oil Kings to a 2-1 win over the Calgary Hitmen on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.
Mitchell Moroz also scored for Edmonton (23-8-3), who have now won 15 straight games on home ice.
Alex Gogolev scored the lone goal for Calgary (17-15-3).
Laurent Brossoit stopped 21 shots for the win, earning the games top star, while Brandon Glover was named the game's second star after making 31 saves in defeat.
The Oil Kings went 1-for-7 on the power play as the Hitmen scored once on eight opportunities with the man advantage.
The victory was Edmonton's 11th in a row.
