OHL Roundup: Raaymakers makes 35 saves as Greyhounds shut out Knights @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Joseph Raaymakers made 35 saves for the shutout as the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds blanked the London Knights 4-0 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Vancouver Canucks prospect Jared McCann scored twice ? once shorthanded and once on the power play ? while adding an assist for the Greyhounds (21-6-1). Blake Speers and Gabe Guertler also chipped in.

Michael Guigovaz made 43 saves for London (15-10-2), which hasn't won in four games.

Sault Ste. Marie went 2 for 7 on the power play while the Knights were scoreless on four chances.



KINGSTON, Ont. ? Samuel Schutt scored the game-winning goal in the third period as the Frontenacs edged Belleville.

Juho Lammikko had Kingston's (12-10-3) other goal.

Niki Petti opened the scoring in the second period for the Bulls (14-13-2).



SARNIA, Ont. ? Troy Lajeunesse scored his seventh goal of the season as the Sting skated past North Bay for their fourth straight victory.

Patrick White, Alexandre Renaud, Kevin Spinozzi and Stephen Pierog rounded out the Sarnia (14-11-2) attack.

Mike Amadio and Miles Liberati had a goal for the Battalion (14-6-5).



GUELPH, Ont. ??? Jason Dickinson struck twice and added an assist as the Storm downed Peterborough.

Robby Fabbri, Tyler Bertuzzi and Pius Suter also scored for Guelph (16-10-1).

Josh MacDonald, Nick Ritchie and Hunter Garlent supplied the offence for the Petes (9-13-4).



KITCHENER, Ont. ??? Michael McNiven made 31 saves as Owen Sound shut out the Rangers.

Kyle Platzer, Zach Nastasiuk and Damir Sharipzyanov scored for the Attack (13-9-5), who snapped a four-game losing streak.

Dawson Carty turned aside 31 shots for Kitchener (13-7-6) in the loss.



MISSISSAUGA, Ont. ??? Jared Walsh had the game-winning goal for the Steelheads as they edged Plymouth.

Nathan Bastian, Jimmy Lodge and Sam Babintsev also found the back of the net for Mississauga (12-13-1).

Matt Mistele struck twice in the first period for the Whalers (10-15-2), who lost their third straight. Sonny Milano added the other.

OTTAWA ??? Dante Salituro had a goal and an assist as the 67's doubled up Niagara.

Travis Konecny, Jacob Middleton and Dylan McDonald also scored for Ottawa (13-11-2), to snap a three-game losing streak.

Brendan Perlini and Carter Verhaeghe chipped in for the IceDogs (8-19-0), for their third-straight loss.



SUDBURY, Ont. ??? Aidan Wallace had two goals and an assist in Oshawa's rout of the Wolves.

Michael Turner, Sonny Hertzberg, Tobias Lindberg, Stephen Desrocher, and Mitchell Vande Sompel supplied the rest of the offence for Generals (22-3-1). It was Oshawa's third-straight win.

Danny Desrochers and Matt Schmalz replied for Sudbury (5-21-1).
