OHL names Windsor Spitfires' Bob Boughner as its coach of the year @NHLdotcom

TORONTO - Bob Boughner, who led the Windsor Spitfires to 16 more wins over last year, was named the OHL's coach of the year Wednesday.

Boughner captured the Matt Leyden Trophy for the second straight year after leading the Spitfires to a league-best 57-10-0-1 record. Windsor won 16 more games and finished with 21 more points than it did last year.

Boughner will be honoured at the OHL awards banquet slated for June 3 at the Hockey Hall of Fame.
