O'Dell nets pair in to lift Sudbury 6-4 over the Belleville Bulls @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Eric O'Dell scored a pair to help the Sudbury Wolves defeat the Belleville Bulls 6-4 in the Ontario Hockey League on Friday night.

O'Dell scored a power-play goal with six minutes remaining in the first period and added a short-handed marker late in the second for the Wolves (6-4-1-1), who snapped a three-game losing streak.

John Kurtz had a goal and an assist, while Matt Dias, Kyle Tarini and Sergei Sheleg also scored for Sudbury. Peter Hermenegildo and Patrik Lusnak had two helpers each.

Cory Tanaka, Luke Judson, Bryan Cameron and Eric Tangradi replied for the Bulls (8-5-1-1). Tangradi also added a pair of assists for a three-point night.

Andrew Loverock earned the win for the Wolves, while Belleville netminder Philipp Grubauer took the loss.
