Team North America revealed its goal song, "Opposite of Adults" by Chiddy Bang, hours before its first World Cup of Hockey 2016 game.

After soliciting help from fans on social media, and players weighing in, Team North America made the announcement on Twitter on Sunday.

Tweet from @TeamNA_WCH: Score. Celly. Repeat. After much debate of fan suggestions, #TeamNA landed on Opposite of Adults by @chiddybang as their #WCH2016 goal song.

The song was released in 2010 by the Philadelphia-based hip-hop group and samples from the 2010 MGMT song "Kids." It seems like a perfect representation of the World Cup team comprised of 23-and-under players from the United States and Canada.

After the announcement, fans on social media voiced their excitement about the choice.

Tweet from @OrangeBlack12: @TeamNA_WCH @chiddybang love it!

Now the only question is how many times will Team North America allow the fans at Air Canada Centre to hear its goal anthem? Team North America's first game is against Team Finland on Sunday (8 p.m. ET; ESPN2, SN, TVA Sports).
