Nigro, Cuma score in shootout to lead Ottawa to 3-2 win over Belleville

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Anthony Nigro and Tyler Cuma had shootout goals Wednesday to lead the Ottawa 67's to a 3-2 win over the Belleville Bulls in OHL action.

After Nigro and Cuma beat Bulls netminder Phillip Grubauer, Andy Bathgate scored to keep Belleville alive. Cody Lindsay missed for Ottawa, but the 67's (8-10-5) earned the win after Matthew Tipoff failed to score for the Bulls.

Ryan Martindale and Tyler Toffoli had regulation goals for Ottawa, while Petr Mrazek and Chris Perugini combined to make 30 saves.

Bathgate and Luke Judson replied for Belleville (8-14-3), while Grubauer stopped 42 shots in regulation and overtime.
