Welcome to the 2022-23 NHL training camp buzz. Training camp is underway for all 32 teams and NHL.com has you covered with all the latest news.

Minnesota Wild

Kirill Kaprizov did not skate Monday for precautionary reasons.
The forward took a shot from Frederick Gaudreau to the ankle in the third period of a 3-2 overtime win against the Colorado Avalanche in a preseason game at Xcel Energy Center on Sunday. He hobbled to the bench and took his next shift before leaving late and not playing in overtime.
"No issues," Wild coach Dean Evason said. "He's not going to skate today. He doesn't need to skate today. But he's fine.
"It's just simply he got a shot there in the foot. Why put his boot in it today? Let's let it calm right down and get better."
Kaprizov will be evaluated daily to see if it makes sense to have him participate or keep him out.
"We'll make sure we're doing the right things," Evason said. "In all honesty, I don't think he's scheduled to play again until the next home game."

Calgary Flames

Andrew Mangiapane skated with the Flames for the first time at training camp.
The forward was held out at the start of camp because of an injury general manager Brad Treliving said Sept. 21 was a tweak during offseason training. He was on a line with Nazem Kadri on Monday and hopes to play later in the preseason.
"It felt good to get out there with the rest of the guys," Mangiapane said. "I've been rehabbing some injuries that happened in the summer, but it was nothing serious. Just get out there, get moving again and play hockey."
Mangiapane skated on his own before returning to the group.
The Flames begin the regular season at home against the Colorado Avalanche on Oct. 13.

Montreal Canadiens

Nick Suzuki has resumed skating and is expected to return to practice next week.
The forward, who was named captain Sept. 12, sustained a lower-body injury in a collision with defenseman Joel Edmundson during an informal training session prior to camp.
Edmundson is making progress recovering from a lower-back injury, though he remains out indefinitely. He missed most of last season because of a back injury.

Toronto Maple Leafs

Adam Gaudette is day to day with a shoulder injury and did not practice.
The forward was injured in a collision with Ottawa Senators defenseman Travis Hamonic during the second period of a 4-1 preseason win Saturday. He remained in the game and had one shot in 15:58.
"We will have to see how he is tomorrow and take it from there," Maple Leafs coach Sheldon Keefe said Monday.
Forward Pierre Engvall and defenseman Jake Muzzin each skated on a separate rink away from the main group.
Engvall is recovering from a foot/ankle injury sustained during offseason training. He is expected to be reevaluated next week.
"I think he is getting there," Keefe said. "He's been on the ice I'm not sure how many times now, certainly three or four times he's been out there and continues to progress."
Muzzin was held out of practice last Thursday and Friday with back discomfort. He was limited to 47 regular-season games last season with two concussions and an undisclosed injury.
"I know he got on the ice today, so that's a sign that things have progressed well for him," Keefe said. "Last I spoke with him, I know he had been having better days and feeling a lot better for sure but I have not gotten a report on how the skate today went so I don't know how it will progress from here.
"There were a couple little things bugging him leading up to camp that weren't really prevalent all summer long but as things ramped up there were a couple things on his radar but he was feeling good enough to go and then not so much. Not related to anything he went through last season, just something he is dealing with now."
