Factors taken into account include positional depth, power plays, line combinations, defense pairs, goalie situations, injury trends, contract status and team history in the regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs. Standard fantasy categories: goals, assists, plus/minus, power-play points, shots on goal and hits for skaters; wins, goals-against average, save percentage and shutouts for goalies.
