5:40 p.m.
Brett Ritchie signs two-year contract with Stars

Brett Ritchie signed a two-year, $3.5 million contract with the Dallas Stars on Thursday. It has an average annual value of $1.75 million.
Ritchie, a 24-year-old right wing, had 24 points (16 goals, eight assists) and led Dallas at plus-11 in 78 games last season. His 15 even-strength goals tied Tyler Seguin for the Stars lead.
Ritchie, who was a restricted free agent, has 34 points (22 goals, 12 assists) in 117 games over three seasons.

3:50 p.m.
Mark Pysyk agrees to terms on contract with Panthers

Defenseman Mark Pysyk agreed to terms on a three-year contract with the Florida Panthers on Thursday.
Financial details were not disclosed, but CapFriendly.com reported the contract was worth $8.2 million with an average annual value of $2.73 million.
"Mark is a young, intelligent defenseman who has become an important part of our future," Panthers general manager Dale Tallon said. "He was one of our most consistent players last season and was a solid presence on our penalty kill. We look forward to Mark being a steadying force on our blue line for years to come."
Pysyk, 25, had 17 points (four goals, 13 assists) in 82 games with the Panthers last season. He has 43 points (nine goals, 34 assists) in 207 NHL games in five seasons with the Panthers and Buffalo Sabres.

Teemu Pulkkinen signs one-year contract with Golden Knights

Forward Teemu Pulkkinen signed a one-year, $700,000 contract with the Vegas Golden Knights on Thursday.
Pulkkinen, 25, selected by Vegas from the Arizona Coyotes in the NHL Expansion Draft on June 21, had two goals in 13 games with the Coyotes and Minnesota Wild last season. He has 22 points (13 goals, nine assists) in 83 NHL games with the Coyotes, Wild and Detroit Red Wings.

Philipp Grubauer signs one-year contract to remain with Capitals

Philipp Grubauer signed a one-year, $1.5 million contract
with the Washington Capitals on Thursday.
Grubauer, 25, a restricted free agent, was 13-6-2 with a 2.04 goals-against average, .926 save percentage and three shutouts with Washington last season. He had NHL career bests in games played (24), starts (19), wins, GAA, save percentage and shutouts.
