NHL Mascot Showdown coming to 2023 All-Star Game

Truly Hard Seltzer NHL All-Star Beach Festival
™ at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, a FREE, non-ticketed fan festival from Feb. 2 - 4, will be the site of the eighth
NHL Mascot Showdown™ presented by Upper Deck
as part of 2023 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend festivities. Fourteen Eastern Conference mascots, led by the Florida Panthers' own Stanley C. Panther™, will face 16 Western Conference mascots, including the anticipated debut of the Seattle Kraken's Buoy™, in three days of friendly, but fierce competition.

The NHL Mascot Showdown™ presented by Upper Deck is one of the most anticipated events at the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL All-Star Beach Festival™, the official fan festival of the 2023 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend. Thirty NHL Mascots™ (not every NHL team has its own mascot) will showcase their hockey skills and athletic prowess during the competitions. The Eastern Conference mascots will be captained by the Panthers' Stanley C. Panther™ and the Western Conference by the Vegas Golden Knights' Chance™, the 2022 Most Valuable Mascot. For the eighth time, NHL in-arena host Mike Todd will handle play-by-play duties for each event. Each competition will be preceded by a Mascot Parade to the rink followed by a customary handshake line demonstrating good sportsmanship. Two lucky young fans in attendance will be randomly selected from the crowd to lead the parade.
No ticket is required for entry into the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL All-Star Beach Festival™, a FREE open-to-the-public event providing hockey fans of all ages three days of family-friendly, hockey-interactive games and attractions, a look at the NHL's new United by Hockey Mobile Museum, special appearances from current NHL All-Stars and NHL Alumni, trophy and memorabilia displays, and a chance to take a picture with the greatest trophy in sports, the Stanley Cup®.
Below is a schedule of NHL Mascot Showdown™ presented by Upper Deck events and competitions (all times are Eastern Time and subject to change). Unless otherwise noted, all competitions will take place on the Upper Deck Mascot Rink located inside the Truly Hard Seltzer NHL All-Star Beach Festival™ at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park.
The NHL's new official youth street hockey league will celebrate its launch on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 12 p.m. ET on the Upper Deck Rink at the NHL Mascot Showdown™ presented by Upper Deck. In partnership with RCX Sports, the NHL's premier ball hockey experience is designed to provide kids and their families across North America affordable, neighborhood-based, league-play opportunities focused on having fun, staying active and making friends. NHL Street athletes are provided authentic uniforms and branded equipment exclusively created by NHL licensee, Franklin Sports.
