NHL Live hands out Halloween tricks and treats

by Matt Sitkoff and Steve Mears /

NHL Live, at 5 p.m. ET on NHL Network, will be celebrating #HockeyHalloween in style Thursday. We'll give out some Tricks and Treats to NHL players and teams as well as share some of our favorite trick shots and costumes being worn by fans around the League.

With three games on the slate we'll get a live update from Boston Bruins radio play-by-play man Dave Goucher, who will call the game between the Bruins and Anaheim Ducks seen on NHL Network at 7 p.m. ET. We'll also fire up our NHL Arena Cam at Madison Square Garden and talk to New York Rangers TV analyst Joe Micheletti to preview the Rangers and Buffalo Sabres matchup.

Also, we'll have James Wisniewski of the Columbus Blue Jackets and Charlie Coyle of the Minnesota Wild joining us. Wisniewski and the Blue Jackets recently helped build a home through Habitat for Humanity in an Ohio suburb and several players also spent some time visiting Nationwide Children's Hospital on Wednesday. Columbus hasn't played since Sunday and now prepares for a home-and-home series against the Pittsburgh Penguins this weekend. Meanwhile, Coyle is set to return tomorrow after an 11-game absence due to a sprained knee. We'll also get both players to share their favorite Halloween costumes or stories from when they were younger.

Remember to submit your #AskEJ questions through Twitter via @NHLNetwork or @EJHradek_NHL, submit your favorite #HockeyHalloween costumes, and join the conversation on Twitter as we ask you to pick the game of the night.
