STANLEY CUP QUALIFIERS: Best skaters in Eastern Conf. | Western Conf.

Basic playoff pools count goalie wins with a potential bonus for a shutout. Value has been quantified based on factors including but not limited to past production in the regular season and playoffs, goalie start and save volume, injury history, contract status, age, overall upside for the Stanley Cup Qualifiers and likelihood of a deep postseason run.

It's worth noting that some teams in the Stanley Cup Qualifiers will play a best-of-5 series (*) but must win their series to advance to the playoffs. The top four teams in each conference will play a maximum of three round-robin games but already have guaranteed spots in the postseason field.

Clear backups (e.g. Jaroslav Halak, Anton Khudobin) have not been included on this list because they are unlikely to play much, barring an injury to their team's starters. Potential timeshare tandems have been included.
