The Stanley Cup®

Since its donation by Lord Stanley of Preston, the sixth Governor General of Canada, in 1892 the Stanley Cup®® has become the unchallenged symbol of hockey supremacy. The 35-pound, 3-foot silver trophy has traveled around the world but has yet to visit China or Hong Kong.
The Stanley Cup® and its escort and Keeper of the Cup, Phil Pritchard, will make numerous public and private appearances in Beijing and Shenzhen, China and in Hong Kong. Hockey fans in China will be able to take photos with the iconic trophy throughout its time in China and Hong Kong, including at the two NHL Fan Fest™ events in Shenzhen. The Stanley Cup® will make private visits to the Great Wall of China and AZ Rink in Beijing; the Hong Kong Canadian International School, the Hong Kong International School and the American Club in Hong Kong; and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shenzhen.

NHL Fan Fest™

The NHL will host two free outdoor, family-friendly fan festivals in Shenzhen featuring special appearances and hockey attractions and games for fans of all ages presented by NHL China Games sponsors ORG Packaging Company, Tsingtao Beer, Lynk & Co and Want Want.
