PRAGUE (AP) - Tim Thomas made 29 saves and Boston newcomer Nathan Horton had a goal and an assist to help the Bruins beat the Phoenix Coyotes 3-0 on Sunday for a split in the season-opening series.

Czech star Milan Lucic and rookie Tyler Seguin also scored.

Horton, acquired from Florida in June, scored twice Saturday in the Bruins' 5-2 loss to the Coyotes.
