NHL All-Star All Access show goes behind the scenes

NEW YORK - The National Hockey League (NHL®) and NHL Original Productions will take fans inside the 2017 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend with NHL ALL-STAR ALL ACCESS™ presented by HONDA. The 30-minute, behind the scenes look into the mid-season festivities in Los Angeles will premiere on Monday, Feb. 6 on NBCSN at 11:30 p.m. ET in the U.S. and on Sportsnet and Sportsnet NOW at 11 p.m. ET in Canada.
NHL ALL-STAR ALL ACCESS™ will bring viewers inside the star-packed weekend, including the unveiling of the 100 Greatest NHL Players at THE NHL100™ presented by GEICO event, All-Star Media Day, the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout™ headlined by music superstar Justin Bieberand marquee current NHL players Patrick Kane and Connor McDavid, the 2017 Coors Light NHL All-Star Skills Competition and the Metropolitan Division's 4-3 win in the 2017 Honda NHL® All-Star Game.

The special will feature a red carpet interview with THE NHL100 presented by GEICO host Jon Hamm and backstage moments with NHL 100 honorees Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Bobby Orr and much more.
The NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout™, which brought together celebrities and former NHL players in a friendly hockey game, was not immune to trash talking and playful ribbing. Fans will get first-hand accounts from a mic'd up Bieber, Gretzky, Taylor Kitsch, James Badge Dale and Vincent Piazza, including a closer look at Bieber's on-ice encounter with Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Pronger that went viral. The special also will feature a chronicle of Snoop Dogg's preparations for his All-Star Skills Competition opening performance as well as mic'd up content from Kane, P.K. Subban, Brad Marchand, Wayne Simmonds, Nathan MacKinnonand Shea Weber during the six-event talent showcase.
The special will close with sights and sounds from the All-Star Game, including mic'd up content from Corey Crawford, Sidney Crosby, Drew Doughty, Erik Karlsson, Carey Price, Alex Ovechkin and Tyler Seguin. Viewers also will get an insider's glimpse into Gretzky's second head coaching win of the weekend, behind the bench for the Metropolitan Division.
