The Detroit Red Wings
and Montreal Canadiens
will have the spotlight all to themselves on Wednesday night.
With the NHL's other 28 teams having wrapped up play and started their All-Star break, the Wings make a rare visit to the Bell Centre for the only game of the night. It's just the third time since October 2003 that the Wings have come to town -- they've won the last two, including a 3-2 shootout win on Nov. 21, 2009.
Detroit comes to town off a 3-1 home win against St. Louis on Monday. The Canadiens have been off since winning 3-1 at Toronto on Saturday.
The NBC Sports Network will air the game in the United States, beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET. TSN and RDS will televise the game in Canada.
