Nashville Predators Training Camp will open with physicals and a team meeting on Thursday, Sept. 22, with the team's first day on the ice coming Friday, Sept. 23, at 9:45 a.m. CT at Centennial Sportsplex. A complete training camp schedule is below. Dates, times and roster are subject to change.
On Wednesday, the Predators released forwards Kris Bennett, Mathieu Olivier and Shane Walsh from their tryout agreements, and added defenseman Mike Donnellan on a tryout agreement. An

The Predators' three-week camp marks the start of the 2016-17 season, and is highlighted by six preseason games. The exhibition slate begins with a doubleheader (2:30 and 6:00 p.m.) against the Florida Panthers on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at the BB&T Center. Nashville will then travel to Columbus to take on the Blue Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29. The first home preseason game for the Preds comes on Saturday, Oct. 1, when they face the Tampa Bay Lightning at 7:00 p.m. at Bridgestone Arena, followed by another home contest against Columbus on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 7:00 p.m. The Predators wrap up their preseason schedule on Saturday, Oct. 8, at Tampa Bay with a 6:00 p.m. start.
