Nashville, Tenn. (September 18, 2017) - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Saturday that the team has assigned forwards Justin Kirkland, Tyler Moy and Anthony Richard; defensemen Frederic Allard, Joonas Lyytinen and Trevor Murphy and goaltender Matt O'Connor to the American Hockey League's Milwaukee Admirals.
The Predators have also released the following players from their professional tryout agreements and assigned them to Milwaukee: forwards Derek Army, Bobby Butler, Tyler Kelleher, Angelo Miceli, Trevor Mingoia and Stephen Perfetto; defensemen Jimmy Oligny and Rick Pinkston and goaltender Jake Paterson. Additionally, defenseman T.J. Melancon has been assigned to Milwaukee and will remain on a professional tryout agreement.
Nashville's training camp roster is now at 36 players - 20 forwards, 13 defensemen and three goalies. An updated roster is attached.

Preseason play continues tomorrow for the Predators as they head to Columbus to take on the Blue Jackets at 2 p.m. CT. Nashville will then return home face the Blue Jackets on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. and will wrap-up the preseason with a 7 p.m. contest against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday, Sept. 30.
