Murovich scores with less than five minutes left as Spirit top Battalion 4-3 @NHLdotcom

SAGINAW, Mich. - Tyler Murovich scored with less then five minutes to go as the Saginaw Spirit beat the Brampton Battalion 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Murovich and Tomas Zaborsky combined for six points, with each registering a goal and two assists.

Cory Emmererton tied the game at the 14:45 mark for Brampton, only to see Saginaw regain the lead less then a minute later.

Saginaw (27-23-4-2) jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals from Brad Smith and Jordan Szwarz, but Brampton (35 -20-1-2) managed to tie the game with goals from John Hughes and Bobby Sanguinetti.

Edward Pasquale stopped 30 of 33 shots for the Spirit and Bryan Pitton turned away 30 of 34 shots.
