The Red Wings will play their final season in Joe Louis Arena, and Mrazek decided to pay tribute to the late Gordie Howe and former captain Steve Yzerman.

Mr. Hockey is shown on the right side of Mrazek's mask skating in his final NHL All-Star Game, in 1980 at The Joe. Yzerman is depicted on the left shaking hands with owner Mike Ilitch after being selected No. 4 at the 1983 NHL Draft.

The Red Wings, who began playing in Joe Louis Arena in 1979-80, will move into Little Caesars Arena for the 2017-18 season.
