Morin scores three, Rangers advance to OHL West final with win over Knights @NHLdotcom

LONDON, Ont. - Jeremy Morin scored three goals and the Kitchener Rangers advanced to the Ontario Hockey League Western Conference final with an 8-3 win over the London Knights on Monday.

The Rangers won the best-of-seven West semifinal 4-3. They will face the Windsor Spitfires in the conference final. Game 1 of that series goes Thursday in Windsor.

Gabriel Landeskog had a goal and two assists for Kitchener, which burned London for eight goals in three of the series' last four games.

Julian Cimadamore, Jason Akeson, John Moore and Dan Kelly also scored for the Rangers.

Chris DeSousa, Seth Griffith and Daniel Erlich replied for London.

Brandon Maxwell made 20 saves for the Rangers. Michael Hutchinson and Michael Houser combined for 39 saves for the Knights.
