Moon gives Kingston first winning streak of season in 5-4 upset of Brampton @NHL

KINGSTON, Ont. - It took two goals from Nathan Moon for the Kingston Frontenacs to put back-to-back victories together 53 games into their Ontario Hockey League season.

Moon scored in the second period and then added one more on a penalty shot in the third as the Frontenacs edged the Brampton Battalion 5-4 on Friday night.

The Frontenacs came down to 15 games left in their season before they were able to register consecutive victories. It was their 11th attempt at a two-gamer.

Three goals in the second period from Andris Dzerins, Jaroslav Kruzik and Moon enabled the Frontenacs to go into the third ahead 4-3.
