"I'm feeling good, but every game is different," Saros said. "I've just got to make the most out of it and try to be better again the next game."
Hartnell gave the Predators a 1-0 lead at 2:23 of the third period on a wraparound that bounced off Alex Stalock's blocker and into the net. It was Hartnell's fifth goal.
Subban made it 2-0 at 7:50 of the third period on a one-timer from the point. He has 11 points (five goals, six assists) in his past 10 games.
"I'm just trying to do my job," Subban said. "I've got great teammates and great players that make great plays. I've just been able to put the puck on net and good things have happened. I just try to keep my game simple. But what can I say; that's just the benefactor of playing on a good team.
"Any player in this league that has individual success will tell you without a good team around you, you're not going to have much success. We have a great team from top to bottom."
Arvidsson scored an empty-net goal at 17:40 of the third period to give the Predators a 3-0 lead. It was his 12th goal.
Stalock made 26 saves.
The Predators placed forward Filip Forsberg on injured reserve prior to the game. He played 325 consecutive games, including the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Jarnkrok took Forsberg's place on the top line with Ryan Johansen and Arvidsson, and also on the power play.
"I thought [Jarnkrok] played a terrific hockey game," Predators coach Peter Laviolette said. "Even on the power play, he set up [Subban's] goal, but he also set up [Arvidsson] for a post that he hit. Just a really good job, not having much practice time. He's a real smart, real skilled player, and you get an opportunity. We don't want to lose a guy like [Forsberg] because he's so important to our team, but it does present an opportunity."
