Ducks goaltender Ryan Miller underwent surgery on his left wrist last Friday to remove a bone fragment. He is expected to be fully recovered in six weeks.

The 2017-18 campaign marked Miller's 15th NHL season and his first with Anaheim. The 37-year-old East Lansing, Michigan native posted a 12-6-6 record with four shutouts, a 2.35 goals-against average and a .928 save percentage in 28 games.
Miller recorded his 370th career NHL victory on April 7 at Arizona to surpass Tom Barrasso (369) for sole possession of second place on the all-time wins list among U.S.-born goaltenders. He recorded the milestone in his 737th career NHL game and moved to within four victories of the all-time record held by John Vanbiesbrouck (374). Miller also earned his 43rd career shutout, which ranks second among U.S.-born goaltenders.
