Wood to have hearing with Player Safety for actions in Devils game

New Jersey Devils forward Miles Wood will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday for boarding/charging Tampa Bay Lightning center Vladislav Namestnikov.
The incident occurred at 4:54 of the second period at Amalie Arena on Saturday. Brown was issued a two-minute penalty for boarding.

The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: boarding/charging. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
