"I'm coming to camp with no issues," Cammalleri told NorthJersey.com. "It was a complex diagnosis that took some time. It was tough and it was a frustrating year. It was a complex diagnosis that they couldn't put a hand on. It was nice to get clarity on that."
Cammalleri had 38 points (14 goals, 24 assists) in those 42 games. He last played Jan. 26.
The 34-year-old left wing said he was able to perform his normal offseason training. Entering the third season of a five-year contract worth $5 million annually, Cammalleri has 80 points (41 goals) in 110 games with New Jersey.
