We knew Toronto Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock could motivate, even when it comes to baking.

In a new spot for The Hospital for Sick Children, one that
we got a behind-the-scenes look at recently
, Babcock and a handful of his players, Ron Hainsey, Curtis McElhinney, Leo Komarov, Patrick Marleau and Nikita Zaitsev, pitched in to help bake a giant cookie.

The idea is to plant the huge treat on the roof of SickKids, so that Santa Claus will be able to find them when they are not in their homes on Christmas Eve.
The coach gives out his directions, however questionable. "Cream your sugar?" asks Zaitsev to make sure he heard correctly.
But the coach's ace in the hole, of course, is Maple Leafs community rep and former team captain Wendel Clark who exclaims that he is right at home in the kitchen.
In the end, the giant cookie is made and placed on the helipad atop the hospital building. Santa couldn't miss it if he tried.
