Michael Dubuc scores twice, Huskies even QMJHL final with Olympiques at 1-1 @NHLdotcom

Michael Dubuc scored twice and added an assist as the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies defeated the Gatineau Olympiques 6-2 Saturday, evening the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League final at one game apiece.

The Huskies used home-ice advantage to exact revenge on the Olympiques, who took Game 1 by the same score in the friendly confines of the Robert Guertin Arena in Gatineau, Que.

Hugo Carpentier, Maxime Macenauer, Sebastien Piche and Brett Morrison also scored for the Huskies, who opened the scoring with four straight power-play goals and led 5-0 after 40 minutes.

Jean-Philip Chabot and Patrik Prokop replied for the Olympiques.

Maxim Gougeon made 29 saves for the Huskies.

Ryan Mior and Maxime Clermont combined for 24 stops for Gatineau, which hosts Game 3 on Tuesday.
