McCollum's 23-save performance leads Guelph past Kitchener 2-0 @NHLdotcom

KITCHENER, Ont. - Thomas McCollum turned aside 23 shots for his third shutout of the season as the Guelph Storm silenced the Kitchener Rangers 2-0 on Sunday in the Ontario Hockey League.

All of McCollum's shutouts this year have come in the past five games, during which time he has recorded four victories and a 1.40 goals-against average.

Matt Kennedy and Michael Latta scored for the Storm (18-12-2-2).

Parker Van Buskirk made 27 saves for the Rangers (13-16-1-1), who have lost six straight.
