Maylan with three points to lead the Raiders over the Wheat Kings 4-1

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. - Justin Maylan scored once and set up two more as the Prince Albert Raiders defeated the visiting Brandon Wheat Kings 4-1 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Mike Winther had a goal and an assist for the Raiders (15-24-3) while Jonas Knutsen and Kellan Tochkin scored the others.

Michael Ferland scored the lone goal for the Wheat Kings (21-17-2).

Cole Holowenko made 29 saves for the win as Curtis Honey stopped 33 shots in defeat.

Prince Albert went 1 for 4 on the power play while Brandon failed to score on five opportunities with the man advantage.
