Matt Fraser scores two goals to lead Ice to 3-2 win over Rebels @NHLdotcom

RED DEER, Alta. - Matt Fraser's second goal of the game with 39 seconds remaining gave the Kootenay Ice a 3-2 win over the Red Deer Rebels in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Hayden Rintoul connected midway through the third period for Kootenay (9-6-2-3), setting the stage for Fraser's winner. Carter Smith and Landon Ferraro scored for Red Deer (5-8-0-5).

Ice netminder Thomas Heemskerk turned aside 20 shots, while Darcy Kuemper made 30 saves for the Rebels.
