Martinook scores three goals to lead the Giants over the Cougars 4-2

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Jordan Martinook scored three goals to lead the Vancouver Giants over the Prince George Cougars 4-2 Friday night in Western Hockey League action.

Dalton Sward added the other Giants goal and an assist for a two point night.

Charles Inglis led the way for the Cougars with a goal and an assist while Cody Carlson added a single goal.

Adam Morrison stopped 20 shots for the win while Drew Owsley made 23 saves for the loss.

Prince George scored both their goals on the power play, going 2-for-8, while Vancouver went 0-for-3.
