Maple Leafs captain becomes 46th NHL player with 1,300 games.
NHL.com @NHLdotcomBOSTON (AP) -Toronto center Mats Sundin played his 1,300th career game in Thursday night's matchup against the Bruins , becoming the 46th player in NHL history to reach that mark.
Sundin, in his 17th season - 13th with Toronto - entered as the Maple Leafs' career leader in goals with 417 and points with 980.
Sundin has 552 career goals, four behind former Bruin Johnny Bucyk for 21st all time.
