Luciani scores pair as the Erie Otters hang on to top Saginaw 6-4 @NHL

SAGINAW, Mich. - Anthony Luciani scored two goals for the Erie Otters in a wild 6-4 win over the Saginaw Spirit on Saturday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

David Boll, Greg McKegg, Matthew Paton and Andrew Yogan also scored for the Otters (2-2-1), who handed Saginaw its first loss of the season. Tyler Hostetter added two assists.

Anthony Camara - Saginaw's 2009 first-round draft pick - scored his first two career goals as part of a three-point night. Vincent Trocheck had a goal and an assist and Russian import Ivan Telegin added his third goal in two games for the Spirit (3-1-0).

Josh Shalla and Nick Crawford each had two assists.

Shane Owen stopped 38 shots for the Otters and Saginaw netminder Anthony Peters made 33 saves.
