Lipon and Bozon each score twice to lead the Blazers over the Broncos @NHL

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - The Kamloops Blazers extended their current win streak to eight games with a 5-4 victory over the Swift Current Broncos on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.

JC Lipon and Tim Bozon both scored twice to lead the Blazers (22-7-1) while Aspen Sterzer added a single.

Taylor Vause scored twice for the Broncos (14-17-3) and Adam Lowry scored once and added three assists. Rookie Coda Gordon scored the other.

Cole Cheveldave made 32 saves for the win as Jon Groenheyde stopped 25 shots in defeat.

Kamloops went 1-for-2 on the power play while Swift Current scored twice on six opportunities with the man advantage.
