Tampa Bay Lightning
goaltender Mathieu Garon
left with a lower-body injury after making a save less than four minutes into Tuesday's game against Ottawa.
Garon did a split to stop a shot by Senators' defenseman Erik Karlsson
at 3:54 of the opening period and had to leave the game. He was replaced by Dwayne Roloson
after stopping all three shots he faced. The Lightning said he would not return.
Garon, 34, entered the game with a 23-16-5 record, a 2.85 goals-against average and a save percentage of .901. He has won his last four starts.
