Lightning owner Vinik, CEO Tod Leiweke and Stars' GM Nieuwendyk to appear on today's NHL Hour @NHL
Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik, CEO Tod Leiweke and Dallas Stars general manager Joe Nieuwendyk are Thursday's guests on NHL Hour With Commissioner Gary Bettman on and SIRIUS XM Radio at 6 p.m. ET.   

On Monday, Vinik and Leiweke, along with general manager Steve Yzerman, revealed a long-term vision for the Tampa Bay organization which included the unveiling of a new logo plus home and road jerseys. On Tuesday, Vinik and his wife announced their donation of more than $10 million over the next five years through the Lightning Foundation to deserving community heroes and charity partners in Tampa Bay. On Wednesday, the Lightning announced a privately funded $35-million transformation of the St. Pete Times Forum.

Nieuwendyk was named the 10th general manager in Stars franchise history on May 31, 2009.  He is one of only two players (Claude Lemieux) to win the Stanley Cup with three different teams in three different decades -- Calgary in 1989, Dallas in 1999, New Jersey in 2003. The Stars, who are leading the Pacific Division with 65 points, play the Bruins in Boston tonight and for the U.S. audience, face the Flyers Saturday night on NHL Network.
