Levko Koper's hat trick paces Spokane to 6-3 win over Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. - Levko Koper's hat trick was the difference Friday as the Spokane Chiefs beat the Prince George Cougars 6-3 in Western Hockey League.

Tyler Johnson and David Conrad added a goal and an assist each for Spokane (1-0-0). Blake Gal had the other goal, while Mitch Wahl added two assists.

Alex Rodgers and Robbie Ciolfi each had a goal and an assist for Prince George (0-1-0) . Brett Connolly also scored for the Cougars.

James Reid made 20 saves to pick up the win.

James Priestner stopped 46 shots in the loss.
