Leino's late goal sends Bruins past Red Wings @NHLdotcom

Ville Leino scored the tiebreaking goal with 4:40 left in regulation to help the Boston Bruins defeat the Detroit Red Wings 3-1 at Joe Louis Arena.

Leino, a former Red Wings forward, scored from the side of the net to break a 1-1 tie. Brad Marchand added an empty-net goal, and defenseman Dougie Hamilton had a second-period goal and an assist on Leino's game-winner.

Landon Ferraro's shorthanded goal midway through the second period got the Red Wings even at 1-1.
