Leclerc stops 38 shots to lead Blazers to 2-1 win over Rebels @NHL

RED DEER, Alta. - Justin Leclerc stopped 38 shots to lead the Kamloops Blazers to a 2-1 win over the Red Deer Rebels in Western Hockey League action Wednesday.

Giffen Nyren and Tyler Shattock, with the third-period winner, scored power-play goals for Kamloops (27-27-1-4). Carter Smith, also on the power play, answered for Red Deer (18-30-1-7).

Rebels netminder Darcy Kuemper made 19 saves.
